A truly professional DJ/MC team will produce a written itinerary for the event and coordinate times and activities with the banquet manager, photographer, videographer and other vendors to ensure everyone is in sync prior and during the event. If anything goes wrong it should be the responsibility of the DJ/MC “team” to act as your liaison to correct the problem without causing panic for you and your guests. You should only be concerned with having a great time. DJ’s that work alone won’t be capable of leaving their music to perform these tasks. Our Online Planning Tools give you the chance to begin the planning process in advance, save them and return to make changes at any time. You can create an Agenda and Timeline for the entire event as well as searching our music database and creating a Music Requests List to us. You can even allow your guests to request music selections online. |
